Thanks for these wonderful historic pictures. I was looking to see if I could find my father - John Churney - amongst them. My father served on the Clairton Police Force before he passed away at the age of 37.

Thanks for sharing! My father, Ralph Russo, was given his first job in Clairton by Nick Consoli. Guess we have Mr. Consoli to thank for Russo's Hardware. My dad said it was working for Nick that made him decide he wanted to go into business for himself. The rest is history. Sad to say, Russo's is now closed permanently. Thanks to everyone for 62 years of patronage. We miss it!
