SHELTER & LODGE RENTAL AGREEMENT Park Lodge Lodge Rentals include Lodge, Pavilion, Shelter #9 holds up to 300 people. If shelter is used either Saturday or Sunday, the baseball field is included in the rental. Resident Rentals: $250.00 plus refundable fee Non-Resident Rentals: $300.00 plus refundable fee Refundable Fee: $50.00 Rentals are Available All Year Long Refundable fees are a set amount of money returned to the rentor for the considerable care of the facilty. Considerable care means that the facility is clean and none of the equipment or parts of the shelter have been destroyed or damaged.
