Homebuyer Education Workshops
Attend a free NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania homebuyer education workshop
to learn everything from credit to closing. Classes are taught by certified
instructors with presentations by respected real estate professionals, such as
loan officers, real estate agents, insurance representatives, and others.
Workshops are regularly held at the NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center in the
Uptown neighborhood of Pittsburgh and in communities throughout the region.
These classes meet or exceed the minimum standards of Fannie Mae, Pennsylvania
Housing Finance Agency and Allegheny County/City of Pittsburgh Economic or
Development Departments and Urban Redevelopment Authorities.
