Memorial Hill is a historical treasure. The hope in restoring it is not only the peaceful beauty of the area but to instill respect in the next generation and the generations that follow.
This example of selfless work to restore and honor these men won't be forgotten.
Next Memorial Day this area can be rededicated and the story told to the community of how important it is not to lose sight of people who make sacrifices for a better world. Like these men, we have to be examples.
We are making a statement. We are fighting too; we are fighting to turn the tide. We are fighting to bring our community together as one by working side by side one project at a time.
